Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet me until our appointment. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing.  Therefore, it is important that you feel comfortable with my level of expertise, my personal integrity, and my ethics.

I have 35+ years of experience as a licensed mechanical engineer and have been 'hands-on' involved in hundreds of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and construction projects through the years.  I am a licensed notary, which licensing is based upon my personal integrity and ethics.  I have always given my best, and far more than required, to every endeavor, not only for ethical reasons, but because that is how my education progresses and also, the basis for my pride in my work.

 

Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort, be respectful, provide an easy to read narrative, and be available to answer any and all questions you might have after reading the report and within the first year of your new home ownership.
