I highly recommend Lisa for any inspection that you may have. She did an inspection on a home that I planned to purchase. She went over and above to make sure that everything was accurate on her report. Her thoroughness pointed out issues that I had not even thought of (and I am pretty handy). Her inspection fee was a drop in the bucket compared to what could have happened had these issues not been rectified.
Her physical report that she provided to me was easy to read and contained pertinent information and photographs on everything in the house that I will be able to use as a reference for years to come.
I will go into the closing on this house with confidence because of the peace of mind that I gained through her complete and thorough inspection.
